Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jim@jimdandybeefjerky.com.
If you ordered the wrong item, you may return it unopened and in its original condition within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For purchases made at a retail store, please return the item to the store where it was purchased. We do not handle returns for third-party retail purchases.
